Architectural Services
J Roker Surveying Construction Services is a new in-house architectural service on offer. These services are offered in conjunction with experienced Architects that work in conjunction with J Roker Surveying Construction Services. The tangent service to this is from our Quantity Surveying department who come as part of the package. The full service on offer will minimise the amount of time and money that clients will spend on contacting separate architect and quantity surveying firms.
The service we provide will:
- minimise cost while maximising attention to detail
- streamline your project and improve efficiency
- we act as your representative to the contractors involved
- we ensure our clients get the best possible value from the contractors employed
- we provide an onsite presence examining works as they progress
- preparation of valuations/payments to the contractor
- sign off the building works as complete and to current building regulations
- handle the final account with the contractor
