- Initial meeting to assess your Occupational Therapists (OT) report
- Initial survey and measurements of your house
- Production of ‘as is’ drawings
- Production of professional drawings with your adaptations/extension detailed
- Tendering of your adaptations/extension package to our list of reputable contractors
- Analysing the tenders received from contractors to ensure best possible value
- Once the project begins we have a regular on-site presence to inspect the works
- Inspect the works once complete and sign them off as reaching current building regulations and the OT’s Report
- Make recommendations of payment to the contractor
