We offer a full valuation service to our clients. We carry out valuations for Contractors and Sub-Contractors as well as analysing valuations submitted to the client. With our unrivaled attention to detail we ensure that the valuations are a clear and accurate portrayal of the works carried out to date.
We offer the following services:
Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors:
- preparation and submission of interim valuations and agreeing payments for these valuations
- preparation and submission of final accounts and subsequent final account meetings
- variation identification and following up with pricing of variations and submission to the client
- remeasures onsite to ensure correct quantities are accounted for
- project administration including contract reviews and liquidated and ascertained damage limitation
Private Clients:
- cash flow analysis to ensure efficiency of the project
- monthly valuation analysis of contractors works and payment advice
- cost implications and advice of identified variations
- contractual implications advice
